Refund/Cancellation Policy

At the H.O.P.E Clinic, we strive to provide high-quality services to all of our clients. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

1. Refunds for Services

We do not offer refunds for any services provided by the H.O.P.E Clinic. Once a service has been rendered or an appointment has been completed, payment is final. If you have any concerns about the service provided, please contact us directly to discuss possible resolutions, but please note that no monetary refunds will be issued.

2. Cancelation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a $10 cancellation fee will be charged. This fee helps us accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an available appointment.

3. No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full cost of the service as a no-show fee.
